Trying 59: Slip up

You reach the restaurant last, the boys had rushed ahead trying to escape the 'scene' you were having with Law. You giggled as they would glance back and look between the two of you with disapproving looks. Law would just give them a 'Shut the hell up and turn around' look before looking back at you before quickly averting his gaze.

This was to funny to you.

You kept laughing, making all four of them look at you like you've lost your mind. But you just wave them off and let your laughter die off into soft chuckles, You catch up to them as they walk inside and fall in line with the people coming in for dinner. The boys stood on the tips of their toes, peeking around people to get a glimpse at the food that lays beyond them. You sighed as they start drooling.

It was only five minutes later that Luffy starts to whine.
“(Naaaaame) I'm hungry...!” He says, clinging onto your waist again.
“Luffy whining isn't going to help any...” Sabo sighs as the last person in front of us pays to enter.
“We are about to get in so hold on..” You said, patting the top of the boy's head.

“Good evening how ma-” The lady at the counter starts but stops when she sees you.
“Oh no...” She gasps and Law tries not to laugh while looking towards you.
“Hey Marry...” You greet her and her gaze narrows at you.
“Four...” You said calmly and she picks up a walki talki.

“Ah....” You sigh and Law just tries not to laugh harder, you glare at him.
“Oh hush...” You hissed at him as the woman waits for her manager. The boys looked at you while frowning.
“What did you do?” They asked and you glared at them.

“It wasn't me it was you!” You yelled a little too loudly and people nearby looks over at you. Law just laughs while the boys glare at you.
“How is it our fault!?” Luffy asks and you look at him.
“You guys ate everything in the buffet last time we were here! You didn't even leave scraps!” You threw up your hands in the air, adding to the drama, making Law laugh harder, you had never heard him laugh so hard.

All three boys give you a deadpan look, picking their nose.
“So?” They ask and you sigh as the manager walks up. The man glares at you and the three boys and you give him a weak smile.
“No.” He says pointing to the door. You glare at him.
“It's a buffet. All you can eat.” You reminded the man and he glares at the three boys.

“They ate more than anyone in capable of eating!” He yells and you sigh.
“Then change the sign to 'All you can eat in moderation.'” You said and you hear Law chuckle again.

Glad he's finding this hilarious.

It took you over thirty minutes of arguing with the manager, but finally he let you in, not that he had much of a choice. Cause if he threw you out he would be the one that got into trouble, after all, their slogan was all you can eat, so it's their fault...probably.

You hadn't even found a table before all three boys bolted for the plates, and then to the tables where all the food was. You told them to wait till after they ate actual food before hitting the dessert bar. You walked with Law, helping him get his food, much to his displeasure, he kept saying he could get it himself with no problems, but he almost dropped it plate into the mash potatoes as he said this.

He looked very uncomfortable and flustered about his problem, he glared down at the food as if it was its fault.
“(Naaaame)!” You hear Luffy call out to you, looking towards the direction his voice came from you saw him waving around a chunk of meat.
“Luffy put it on your plate don't wave it around!” You called back at him, He drops the food on his plate and runs over to you.

“Shanks is here! Can I sit with him?” He asks and you frown.
“Where is he?” You ask him and Luffy points, and sure enough the red head was grinning in your direction while giving you a small wave.
“Sure go ahead.” You said and he takes off towards the red head, almost tipping over the plate full of food he had, most of it seeming to be different kinds of meat.

You finish helping Law get his food, while getting yours at the same time, and make your way over to Shanks and Luffy, Sabo and Ace had sat at a table next to theirs.
“Hey.” You greet him when you get close enough, he grins at you before answering something Luffy had asked him. Law frowns at the man before taking a seat next to Ace, who glances at him and then at Shanks and Luffy, before frowning at them too.

You fought the urge to roll your eyes as you sat next to Luffy, who was talking very adamantly while stuffing food down his throat.
“We might get a pet soon!” Luffy says, after swallowing a mouthful of food.
“Ooooh reaaally?” Shanks hums, glancing at you as you glare at the boy.
“I said maybe.” You reminded him and he pouts.
“Pleeeeeaaaaaaase...!” He begs again and you sigh while Shanks chuckles.

“Your so soft (Name)...” He hums before taking a bite out of his meal. Luffy stuffs more food in his mouth and tries to speak, you give him a stern look and he chews and swallows his food before speaking.
“Mo-(Name) is taking care of Law..!” Luffy blurts out, as everyone freezes. Ace and Sabo stare at Luffy, their eyes wide and food dripping off their chins. Law glances at you as your eyes go wide and notices you fighting a grin that kept slipping onto your face. Shanks just laughs and pokes the boy on the forehead from across the table.

“Did you almost call her Mom?” He teases and Luffy's face turns red.
“No..!” He yelps, glaring as hard as he can at the red head. Shanks just laughs at him, and laughs harder when he sees your expression. Luffy glances at you and turns even redder, you failed to hold back the grin, scooping up the boy into your arms you hug him, letting out a slight squeal. He squirms around in your grasp, his face impossibly red.

“(Na-Naaaaaameeeee)...” He whines while trying to push you off. His brothers just stare at him, and then at each other. Sabo swallows his food and frowns.
“He said it first...” Sabo says as Ace swallows his food.
“Dammit...” Ace mutters before stabbing a chunk of meat with his fork.
